The Multiplayer Group
Kara Fletcher is a Data Scientist at The Multiplayer Group (MPG) since November 2020, utilizing player analytics to enhance strategic decisions and improve player experiences through the collection and analysis of large datasets using Python and SQL. Previously, Kara served as an Associate Data Scientist at MPG, accumulating valuable experience in data gathering, cleaning, and querying. Earlier internships include a Software Testing Intern role at Dassault Systèmes, where testing of electromagnetic simulation products and bug reporting were key responsibilities, and a Leisure Centre Attendant position at Diamond Resorts™, demonstrating strong supervisory skills and operational management. Kara holds a degree in Mathematics with Statistics from the University of Nottingham and participated in a summer program focused on Business, Entrepreneurship, and Global Leadership at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. A levels were completed at Thomas Alleynes High School in Mathematics, Philosophy and Ethics, and History.

They had the lightbulb moment that building a company solely on multiplayer wasn’t as ridiculous an idea as they’d first assumed. Thy allowing us to supercharge their ambitions whilst still remainingtechnology agnostic and laser. They provide multi-disciplinary teams of producers, artists, designers, QA and engineers, who will take full responsibility for content delivery, and deliver complete game projects from start to finish.
