Martin Baadsgaard is a seasoned technical artist with extensive experience in the gaming industry. Currently serving as Lead Technical Artist at The Multiplayer Group (MPG) since February 2023, Martin previously held the position of Principal Technical Artist at CCP Games from April 2020 to February 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing the world generation pipeline and ensuring alignment between art and technical features. Martin's prior roles include Senior Technical Artist roles at Splash Damage and Bossa Studios, as well as experience as a Technical Artist at Sperasoft. Early career highlights include working as an Associate Worldbuilder and Technical Artist Intern at Double Fine Productions, and as a 3D Animator at Cadesign form as. Martin began professional training at Unity Studios. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Graphics from The Animation Workshop, completed in 2016.

Thy allowing us to supercharge their ambitions whilst still remainingtechnology agnostic and laser. They provide multi-disciplinary teams of producers, artists, designers, QA and engineers, who will take full responsibility for content delivery, and deliver complete game projects from start to finish.
