Bwalya Mafoti

Bwalya Mafoti is a customer service professional with extensive experience in the insurance and pension sectors. Currently serving as a Customer Service Clerk at the National Pension Scheme Authority since May 2021, Bwalya manages client queries and provides advice on pension administration and claims. Previously, Bwalya worked at Madison Life Insurance from 2016 to 2021, holding roles as an Underwriting Assistant and Customer Care Executive, where responsibilities included claims processing, query resolution, and client advice. Bwalya holds a Master's degree in Finance from Cavendish University Zambia and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Copperbelt University.
