Jackie M.

Jackie M. is an experienced Senior eLearning Designer/Developer at The Nature Conservancy since May 2023. Previously, Jackie served in various roles at REI, advancing from Change Management and Training Lead to Senior Change and Training Specialist between April 2018 and May 2023. Jackie also held positions at Nordstrom from September 2011 to March 2018, where responsibilities included E-learning and Media Specialist and Media Solutions Manager for Merchandising Education. Earlier experience includes roles at Kent School District, Highline School District, WWU Student Technology Center, and Tri-City Herald Newspaper. Jackie holds a Masters in Communication in Digital Media from the University of Washington and a BA in Visual Communication from Western Washington University.
