James has also served as Summit Delegate Lead for EMEA & North America at GDS Group, where responsibilities encompassed the development of delegate campaigns and collaborative marketing efforts. James holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Studies from the University of South Wales, earned between 2009 and 2012.
