Wingyun Mak is currently the Associate Director of Research at The New Jewish Home, working in the field of psychology and aging. Wingyun also holds the position of Assistant Clinical Professor at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and is a Research Affiliate at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. With a background in Psychology-Aging and Development, Wingyun has conducted research studies on purpose in life and well-being in older adults and has mentored college students in various academic and professional pursuits. Prior to these roles, Wingyun was a NRSA Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Rochester Medical Center, where they focused on psychosocial interventions for older adults.
