Alicia Tam Wei is an experienced academic and creative professional with a strong background in design and innovation. Currently serving as an Adjunct Faculty member at both Parsons School of Design and Rhode Island School of Design, Alicia has also held the position of International Partnerships Coordinator at The University of Tokyo. As a co-founder and Creative Director of AABSTRACT Studio, along with founding AltParadigm Design, Alicia demonstrates significant entrepreneurial and leadership capabilities. Educationally, Alicia holds an MA in Innovation Design Engineering from the Royal College of Art and an MSc (Merit) in Innovation Design Engineering from Imperial College London, both attained between 2009 and 2011.
