Clara Zapanta

Clara Zapanta is an experienced professional in human resources and talent management, currently serving as the Talent and Benefits Manager at New York Community Trust since November 2023. Clara's extensive background includes roles such as Recruiter for Morgan Stanley at AMS and People & Culture Specialist at the World Economic Forum. Prior to these positions, Clara worked as a Human Resources Associate and Assistant at Forest City Ratner Companies, and held various other roles in sales and project development. Clara earned a Bachelor of Science in Management Engineering from Ateneo de Manila University and has pursued additional education at Baruch College, iPEC Coaching, and New York University.
