David also held the role of Manager of Management Development at Hazeltine from 1985 to 1988, and Manager of Training & Development at Harris Corporation from 1980 to 1985. David'searliest work experience includes being an Employee Relations Assistant at American Paper Institute from 1978 to 1980.
David Smukler earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Personnel from Adelphi University, where they studied from 1970 to 1977. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Industrial Relations at Pace University from 1977 to 1978.
