Joseph J. Lambert has extensive experience in various roles within the legal and administrative fields. Joseph J. began their career as an Associate at Dewey Ballantine LLP in 1988. Joseph J. then joined Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu in 1993, where they served as International Counsel and later became the Global General Counsel. In 1996, they transitioned to Deloitte as a Principal until 2011. Lambert then worked at UnitedLex Corporation from 2012 to 2014, where they served as Managing Director and General Counsel. Currently, they hold the position of Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer, and General Counsel at New York Racing Association, Inc.
Joseph J. Lambert completed their Bachelor's Degree in Political Science at Boston College from 1976 to 1980. Joseph J. then pursued a Juris Doctor (JD) degree at Suffolk University, which they obtained in 1983. Lambert later continued their education at the University of Cambridge, where they obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in International Law and Legal Studies from 1984 to 1985. Joseph J. furthered their education at the same institution and completed a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Law from 1985 to 1988.
