Prior to journalism, Jasper held various roles in the US Army, including logistics and project management positions, demonstrating strong operational skills. Jasper holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Science in Journalism from Columbia University and a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from Queens College.
