The Nilson Law Group, PLLC is a New York law firm, focusing on the creation, acquisition and representation of American subsidiaries of foreign companies. Most of our clients are French or French-speaking. Our employees are fluent in French. With our years of experience, we are accustomed to assisting foreign clients navigate U.S. business issues and advising our clients regarding legal and cultural differences. Foreign clients sometimes use our office as a U.S. satellite office until they are able to launch their own U.S. business.
