Previously, James served as a Client Service Associate, where responsibilities included cultivating client relationships, providing education on the verification process, and managing client interactions. James also contributed as a Board Member for MakeShift Art Space, focusing on fundraising and community outreach, and held the position of Assistant Manager at CityMac, delivering customer service and training for the sales team. James holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Western Washington University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Everett Community College.
