Jayce Reese

Jayce Reese currently serves as the Global Director of Product Management for Sportswear at The North Face, effective October 2023. Previously, Jayce was the Director of Merchandising at The House of LR&C from April 2021 to October 2023, where responsibilities included directing product strategies, managing wholesale accounts, and creating focused assortments for various channels, resulting in significant growth in direct-to-consumer sales. Jayce has extensive experience in product management and merchandising, having worked at Macy's in various roles, including Global Strategic Sourcing for Private Brands and Product Manager for INC, with a strong focus on profitability and sales growth. Additional experience includes positions at Caesars Entertainment and retail sales roles at Wet Seal and BCBG Max Azria. Jayce holds a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts with a Business minor from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
