Cormac Hodgkinson

CTO at The NRMA

Cormac Hodgkinson was appointed Chief Technology Officer in March 2016 after guiding delivery of the NRMA's Group membership system in 2015.

Cormac is responsible for NRMA's technology infrastructure and architecture, day to day operations and project delivery across all channels including Digital, Data and core platforms. Cormac is also responsible for developing the technology and innovation roadmap to support the NRMA strategy.

Before joining the NRMA, Cormac held key strategic roles at Telecommunications Company 3 in the UK where he was responsible for implementing digital channels for self-care and the delivery of the CRM solution for the organisation. He continued his career at 3 in Australia as General Manager CRM before moving to Vodafone as General Manager Customer Care.

At Vodafone, Cormac was responsible for delivering the sales and service targets across all channels including Digital, Contact centre and Retail comprising over 4000 employees. He has a proven track record in leading teams through change including a companywide Digital transformation initiative, a Contact centre consolidation across continents and a Retail rationalisation programme.

Cormac holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Business Studies from the University of Northumbria.
