Isabella Rakityan serves as a Talent Acquisition Partner at The NRP Group LLC since September 2022, focusing on full-life cycle recruiting across various roles in property management, administration, corporate environments, early talent, and construction. Prior to this, Isabella held multiple positions at Union Home Mortgage Corp., including Campus Recruiting Team Lead and Campus Recruiter, where responsibilities included managing a team, overseeing the Internship Program, and engaging with universities to enhance recruitment strategies. Isabella’s earlier experiences include a Talent Acquisition Paraprofessional Intern role at the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District, a Digital Marketing Specialist position at Digital Marketing Clinic, and serving as Director of Admission's Student Coordinator and Admission Tour Guide at Baldwin Wallace University, contributing to recruitment and student engagement activities.
