Michael Moriarty

Michael Moriarty possesses extensive experience in real estate development and acquisition, currently serving as Vice President of Development at The NRP Group LLC since May 2023 and as Managing Partner at The Ardour Company since July 2021. Previous roles include Development Associate and Senior Analyst at AT Industrial Co, where responsibilities encompassed site identification, market research, underwriting, due diligence, and entitlements. Michael further developed expertise in site acquisition and market analysis as a Senior Analyst and Financial Analyst at The Wolff Company. Starting a career as a Project Engineer at Critchfield Mechanical, Inc., Michael focused on designing HVAC systems and managing project execution. A graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2015, Michael combines engineering knowledge with a strong foundation in real estate development.
