Suzette Silk

Suzette Silk is a seasoned professional in learning and leadership development, currently serving as the Senior Director of Learning and Leadership Development at The NRP Group LLC since July 2021. With significant experience in academia, Suzette has been an Adjunct Faculty member at Ursuline College since August 2004 and has also held the position of Visiting Professor at DeVry University until December 2020. Prior roles include Vice President and Senior Learning Consultant at KeyBank, Director of Human Resources at Ohio Catholic Federal Credit Union, and various positions in learning and development at National City Bank, Metropolitan Bank and Trust, and Fifth Third Bank. Suzette holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Miami University and an MBA in Human Resources from Cleveland State University.
