Sarah Peterson has a diverse work experience, beginning with an Intern role at Brillstein-Grey Entertainment in 2009. Sarah then worked as an Assistant Planner at the USC Center on Public Diplomacy and an Ad Sales Intern at NBC in 2010. That same year, they were a Fellow at Lime Connect. In 2011, they held a Finance Intern role at Apple Inc. and in 2012, they were an Innovation Institute Scholar at ThinkImpact, where they used Ideo's design thinking methods to teach entrepreneurship in an impoverished rural village in South Africa. Sarah also held roles as Strategy Lead for the Swiss Retail, Carrier, and Reseller teams at Apple, as well as Sales Strategy & Business Planning for the Education Market. Finally, in 2017, they became Co-Founder of The Nudge.

Sarah Peterson attended the University of Southern California - Marshall School of Business from 2008 to 2011, receiving a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Cinematic Arts. In 2011, they attended WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management, also receiving a B.S. in Business Administration.
