Currently serving as the Director of Development at The Nueva School, Lyla previously held the position of Director of Advancement at Drew School, where responsibilities included overseeing fundraising and alumni programming. Noteworthy achievements include leading a team that raised $5.8 million during a major giving campaign at Marin Horizon School and establishing the first Development office at Marin Montessori School.
