Michael Crome

Michael Crome is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Las Vegas Raiders, credited with leading the business turnaround and making Allegiant Stadium a premier venue. With extensive experience in finance and leadership, Michael serves on multiple boards and advisory roles, including Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce and Communities in Schools of Nevada. Michael also co-founded Sorelle Capital, focusing on investments in small, scalable companies in the hospitality industry. Michael's past roles include Vice President of Finance at Pinnacle Entertainment and Caesars Entertainment Corporation. Michael holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a B.S. in Accounting from The University of Akron.
