Bruno Sainte-Rose is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in engineering, teaching, and investment. Currently serving as a TAC task force member for the Ocean Decade at UNESCO and as a Fresqueur at La Fresque du Climat, Bruno also provides mentorship in various educational settings, including CentraleSupélec and Stanford University. With a foundational role as Lead Computational Modeler at The Ocean Cleanup since 2013, Bruno focuses on developing solutions to combat ocean plastic. Bruno's investment endeavors span multiple start-ups across different industries in Europe and Latin America. Previously, Bruno held significant positions at LEMMA, ONERA, and Ville de Paris, contributing expertise in engineering, research, and business development. Bruno holds a PhD in Energetics and a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering from CentraleSupélec, complemented by a strong academic foundation in Mathematics and Physics.
