(O.C.C.A.), a not-for-profit Florida corporation, was formed to manage community affairs for the unit owners of the prestigious Ocean Club in Key Biscayne, Florida. The residential gated community consists of approximately 802 condominium units in eleven buildings, over a 56-acre property. The amenities include a Tennis Club, eight clay tennis courts, a Beach Club, a Beach Bar & Grill by the oceanfront, a Beach Pool, a Grand Pool, a Spa, Salon and exercise facilities for the fun and enjoyment of the resident-members.
