Margaret Sofio

Margaret Sofio, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CMS, currently serves as a Fractional Senior Human Resources Advisor and Interim CHRO at The O'Connor Group and as an Executive Human Resources Advisor at CCI Consulting. With extensive experience in human resources leadership, Margaret has held key positions such as Chief People Officer at Blommer Chocolate Co., Vice President of Human Resources at PQ Corporation and C&D Technologies, and Director of Human Resources at Sunoco Logistics. Margaret's expertise encompasses HR strategy development, organizational design, compliance, and fostering diversity and inclusion. A former member of the Board of Trustees at Peirce College, Margaret's career also includes significant contributions to startup growth as a founding partner at Crowded Castle Brewing Company and a strong foundation in HR management stemming from roles at ARAMARK and PageNet. Margaret holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
