Pierre Bigby

Pierre Bigby has dedicated his career to providing holistic services that assist his clients in growing their net worth, managing their risks, and distributing their wealth to those who are important to them. He is the founder of Bigby Financial Planning, LLC, an independent fiduciary and wealth management practice in central Ohio.

Prior to starting his own company, Mr. Bigby held leadership roles and provided wealth management services in a variety of financial environments, from boutique wealth management firms to large corporate institutions. He has also served as an instructor for the Certified Financial Planning™ certification program at The Ohio State University.

Mr. Bigby’s community involvement includes service on a number of nonprofit boards, including most recently the Workforce Development Board of Central Ohio. He has served in various roles for the United Way of Central Ohio and the American Cancer Society and was an active member of the Financial Planning Association of Central Ohio, where he served as president and chair. He was also selected to serve on the 2013 Franklin County Budget & Economic Advisory Panel. Currently, Mr. Bigby is a Fellow of the African American Leadership Academy and a member of The Columbus Foundation’s Professional Council. Throughout his career, he has been quoted and featured in numerous local and national publications for his financial expertise and leadership.
