Sophia Chimonas

Sophia Chimonas is currently serving as the Education and Community Coordinator and Capital Campaign Coordinator at The Old Vic since January 2024. With extensive experience in the performing arts and education, Sophia has previously held the role of Lead Dance Facilitator at The Elites Greek Dance Classes from September 2013 to January 2024, managing the Cuffley branch. Additional experience includes working as an Operations Executive at Nexus Media Group, where logistical management of multiple events took place from March 2022 to November 2023, and as a Dance Teacher at Hazelwood Greek School from September 2017 to September 2022. Sophia's earlier positions also include drama facilitation at The Artz Kidz and participation as an actor at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe Society, complemented by a BA (Hons) in Drama & Theatre Studies from Royal Holloway, University of London.
