James Murphy has extensive work experience. James is currently serving as the 2023 President at The Olympic Club since January 2021. Before that, they worked as a Shareholder at Murphy, Pearson, Bradley & Feeney, starting from February 1978.
James Murphy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from St. Mary's College of California and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Davis - School of Law. Additionally, they are certified by various institutions including The American College of Trial Lawyers and The American Board of Trial Advocates. James is also a member of the American Bar Association and the Litigation Counsel of America.

Established on May 6, 1860, The Olympic Club enjoys the distinction of being one of America’s oldest athletic clubs.
