Vincent Ying

Vincent Ying has extensive experience in software engineering. Vincent began their career at Huawei in 2000 as a Software Engineer. In 2002, they moved to Motorola Mobile Devices as a Software Manager. In 2007, they joined BORQS as a Software Director. In 2011, they were an Engineering Director at Marvell Semiconductor. From 2013 to 2016, they were an Open Source Project Lead for HTML5 based Open Source Projects, where their role included being the H5OS Beijing RD lead and the Matchstick and OpenFlint project lead. Finally, they were the CTO at The ONE Smart Piano from 2016 onwards.

Vincent Ying obtained a Master degree in Electrical Engineering from Southeast University between 1993 and 2000, and a Doctor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering from the same university during the same time period.
