Mervin Otero is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and member experience within the healthcare and social services sectors. Currently serving as a Program Manager at The Osborne Association since April 2021, Mervin previously held multiple roles at MetroPlusHealth from February 2008 to April 2021, rising from Health Educator to Associate Director as a Member Experience Consultant. Mervin's career also includes experience as a Research Coordinator at ACRIA from December 2006 to February 2008. Academically, Mervin holds a Master of Professional Studies in Ministry from New York Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a minor in Psychology from The State University of New York.
