Ferguson is the Founder and CEO of Ferguson Management Services, LLC, established in 2012, focusing on business consulting for small and medium-sized businesses in leadership, strategy, and operations. Ferguson also serves as Principal at Stabilized Steps since 2018, providing home medical equipment to support independence. As an Adjunct Professor of Business at Florida Gulf Coast University since 2019, Ferguson contributes to the entrepreneurship curriculum. Ferguson is an Executive Member of The Outlier Project, promoting leadership and team development, and previously held advisory roles at Charity for Change and Alvernia University. Ferguson has extensive experience in logistics as President of Translogistics, Inc., and led Medalist Performance Sports Apparel, Inc. as President and CEO. Education includes an MBA from Kutztown University and a BA in Finance and Marketing from Alvernia University.
