The Outset
Katie Postyn currently serves as Head of New Product Development at The Outset since March 2023, overseeing all aspects of product development from formulation to production quality. Prior to this role, Katie held multiple positions at L'Oréal, including Director of Operational Product Development for Maybelline and Director of Product Development for Garnier Hair, contributing significantly to product innovation. Earlier experience includes roles as Product Launch Manager at Chobani and Project Manager at Quirky.com, as well as managerial positions at Kiehl's and Kraft Foods, focusing on package development and engineering. Katie's career began with internships at prominent companies such as Unilever HPC and Constellation Wines, and is supported by a Bachelor of Science degree in Packaging Science from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
