Fiona Norcross

Fiona Norcross is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Director of Finance & Resources at The Outward Bound Trust since October 2024. Fiona also holds the position of Director & Trustee at Vault, Preston Youth Zone, which focuses on providing a supportive environment for youth development. Previously, Fiona worked as the Director of Finance for OnSide Youth Zones from July 2013 to January 2025, leading financial teams to support the expansion of youth services across the UK. Additional roles include Director & Trustee positions at Warrington Youth Zone and The Hive Youth Zone in Wirral, and extensive experience as an External Funding Manager at the University of Central Lancashire. Fiona holds an ACMA CGMA qualification from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing with Business from the University of Central Lancashire.
