Jonathan Lewis

Jonathan Lewis serves as Chairman of The Outward Bound Trust since January 2024, focusing on inspiring young people to realize their potential. As Chief Executive Officer of Nomura International plc and Head of EMEA, Jonathan has held various senior leadership roles at Nomura since March 2008, including Group Chief Transformation Officer and Group Chief Administrative Officer. Prior to this, Jonathan was International Controller at Bear Stearns International Limited from April 1996 to March 2008 and held positions at PwC and Deloitte in the early 1990s. Jonathan is a Chartered Accountant with ICAEW credentials and holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The University of Salford.
