Michael Forster is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in management roles across various prestigious establishments. Currently serving as the Head of Hospitality at The Outward Bound Trust since March 2018, Michael focuses on enriching the educational and adventurous experiences for young people. Prior to this, roles included Director of Food and Beverage at Glencoe House, General Manager of Dunalastair Hotel and Adamo hotels, and Hotel Manager at Forest Hills Hotel. Michael's career began as Food and Beverage Manager at The Glasshouse Hotel, where responsibility included overseeing operations within a five-star hotel.
