Rebecca Randles has extensive experience in business development and education, currently serving as the Head of Early Careers Business Development at The Outward Bound Trust since January 2012. In this role, Rebecca leads a team focused on enhancing empowerment and engagement among apprentices, graduates, and young leaders across the UK. Previous positions include Development Manager and New Business Manager at Reflect-Reform-Rise Coaching, Schools Manager and Regional Schools Manager at World Challenge UK, and various roles at The Outward Bound Trust and Outward Bound Canada. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management, Textiles from the University of Leeds and completed A Levels and GCSEs at Kimbolton School.
