Ralitsa Obretenova

Ralitsa Obretenova is an accomplished educator with extensive experience in music and performing arts education. Currently serving as a PYP Performing Arts Teacher at The Overseas School of Colombo since August 2019, Ralitsa has previously held positions as a Music Teacher at JOY EL International Academy and an IB PYP/MYP Music Teacher at Changchun American International School. Ralitsa has been instrumental in developing music programs, conducting choirs, and organizing performances, with notable achievements including the creation of a curriculum for primary music classes and the successful hosting of concerts in significant venues. Ralitsa's educational background includes a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Acacia University, a Bachelor's degree in International Business Management, and a Master's degree in Music - Piano Performance from the National Academy of Music Prof. Pancho Vladigerov.
