Simon Ghebreyesus

Simon Ghebreyesus is a Curatorial Fellow in the joint fellowship program between The Studio Museum in Harlem and the Museum of Modern Art since April 2022. Previously, Simon served as a Curatorial Intern at The Studio Museum in Harlem from January 2022 to April 2022 and as a Gallery Operations Assistant at Artspace New Haven from September 2020 to April 2022. Additional experience includes an internship at Lorna Simpson Studio from May 2018 to June 2019 and serving as a Bursary Student in the Education Department at the Yale Center For British Art from March 2019 to May 2019. Simon Ghebreyesus holds a Bachelor's degree in History of Art from Yale University, completed in 2021, and a High School Diploma from Ethical Culture Fieldston School, earned in 2017.
