Julia Hess is an experienced Program Coordinator at Pahara Institute since May 2022 and has served as Program Staff and Camp Session Coordinator at Ekone Ranch since June 2018, where responsibilities include coordinating camp activities and teaching horse riding skills to children and adults. Julia's expertise in leadership is demonstrated through a role as a Student Leader for K-12 Educational Partnerships at Whitman College, where organizational and relationship-building skills were utilized to support community engagement initiatives. Additionally, as a Research Assistant in the Sociology Department, Julia played a key role in the Walla Walla Cares for Kids Data Project, contributing to report writing and project documentation. Julia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Whitman College (2018-2022) and a High School Diploma from The Northwest School (2014-2018).
