Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at The Partners Group since August 2022, Emily excels in providing exceptional experiences for candidates and hiring managers. Prior to this, Emily held key roles including Senior Recruiter at Trident Seafoods, where responsibilities included overseeing the full lifecycle recruiting process and enhancing talent acquisition practices. Emily's background also encompasses significant contributions at Robert Half, including positions as Human Resources Recruiter and Division Director of Recruiting, achieving personal revenue milestones and growth in team performance. Emily earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Music from George Fox University and a Master of Arts in Management with a focus on Social Responsibility and Sustainability from Seattle Pacific University.
