Tony Grout is currently the Director of Field Operations at The Pavement Group. Prior to this role, Tony held positions such as Principal Consultant at TG3 Unlimited LLC, Director of Operations at The Paving Lady, and Company Owner at TG3 Unlimited LLC. Tony has a background in asphalt construction consulting and has experience as a General Manager at PaveConnect, Project Manager at Ranger Construction Industries, Inc., and Project Manager at Community Asphalt Corporation. Tony also has a background in the US Army, where Tony received their education from 1988 to 1992.
