Travis Martinez is an accomplished culinary professional specializing in pastry arts, with extensive experience in prestigious culinary environments. Currently serving as Executive Pastry Chef at The Pfister Hotel since February 2017, Travis has previously worked as a chocolatier at JinJu Chocolates and held multiple roles at Caesars Palace, including Sr. Pastry Chef Tournant and Pastry Chef Tournant. Additional experience includes serving as Pastry Lead at Potawatomi Hotel & Casino and Baker at Table Mountain Casino. Travis began a culinary career as a Pastry Cook with Norwegian Cruise Line and holds a degree in Baking and Pastry from California Culinary Academy, completed in 2006.
