Joe Montalto

Joe Montalto is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations and technology management across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Operations Officer and CIO at The Phia Group, LLC since August 2015, Joe oversees multiple domains including HR, IT, and business intelligence, while contributing to significant improvements in IT application delivery and compliance with ISO certifications. As the Founder and Senior Partner of Healthcare Analytics Partners since January 2015, Joe delivers management consulting and strategic assessments. Previously, Joe held several leadership roles at Valassis and Sierra Atlantic, where notable achievements included enhancing EBITDA and driving substantial revenue growth. Joe's career trajectory began at Oracle, where significant project management and implementation experience was gained, further complemented by earlier roles in healthcare and finance. Joe holds an MBA in Executive Management from The University of Connecticut School of Business and a BS in Systems Science from Providence College.
