Scott Byerley

Scott Byerley currently serves as Vice President of Business Development for Subrogation Recovery Services at The Phia Group, LLC, a position held since March 2019, where responsibilities include developing business strategies for leading subrogation services nationally. Between 2015 and 2018, Scott Byerley acted as Managing Partner at Lien Resolution Partners, specializing in resolving healthcare liens. From 1999 to 2015, Scott Byerley held dual roles at Trover Solutions, serving as Vice President of Client Solutions and Attorney & Director of Litigation, with an emphasis on subrogation and cost containment for health plans. Scott Byerley earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville, completing the degree in 1997.
