The Phoenix Symphony
Tito Muñoz is the current Director at The Phoenix Symphony. Prior to their current position, they were the Music Director at Opéra national de Lorraine from January 2011 to August 2013. Before that, they were the Assistant Conductor at The Cleveland Orchestra from September 2007 to September 2010, and also held assistant conductor positions at the Aspen Music Festival and School, and the Cincinnati Chamber Orchestra.
Tito Muñoz is an American conductor who studied violin and composition at Queens College, Manhattan School of Music, and The Juilliard School. Tito also participated in the Music Advancement Program at The Juilliard School. After completing their undergraduate studies, they attended the American Academy of Conducting at Aspen, where they studied with David Zinman and Leonard Slatkin.

The Phoenix Symphony has been proudly serving the citizens of the Phoenix metropolitan area and Arizona since 1947. The Phoenix Symphony presents an annual season from September through the beginning of June, featuring full-length classical and pops concerts at Symphony Hall in downtown Phoenix, as well as concerts in Scottsdale, Mesa, Prescott and throughout central Arizona.
