Keithy Arabella Orellana is a skilled program and volunteer coordinator with extensive experience in community engagement and youth mentoring. Currently serving at The Phoenix since June 2021, Keithy drives a robust volunteer program and fosters connections within the local recovery community. Previous roles include college engagement and program coordinator at Los Angeles Team Mentoring, where curricular development for at-risk youth and oversight of university volunteers were key responsibilities. Keithy's background includes promotional roles at iHeartMedia and Spanish Broadcasting System, as well as production coordination for AIM Tell-A-Vision Group. A graduate of San Jose State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Radio, Television, and Film, and Journalism, Keithy's diverse skill set encompasses event planning, multimedia content creation, and student mentorship.

The Phoenix
The Phoenix is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization whose mission is to foster a supportive, physically active community for individuals who are recovering from a substance use disorder and for those who choose to live sober. By participating in our physical, social and educational programs, participants build confidence, self-respect, and community. Activities offered include CrossFit, climbing, hiking, boxing, running, yoga, road & mountain biking, and strength training. Through traditional fundraising strategies and revenue-generating ventures, Phoenix is able to provide free programs for anyone with 48 hours of sobriety.
