Since 2002, Elio Longobardi has held the role of Manager at PlumpJack Group, contributing to the success of the organization. Prior to this, Elio Longobardi worked at Hard Rock Cafe from September 1984 to August 1999, where responsibilities included Barback, Bartender, and Operations Manager, showcasing a diverse skill set in bar and restaurant management.
