Dan Fedrick

Dan Fedrick has extensive experience in IT support and management, currently serving as the CNT Department Supervisor and LAN Manager at Porter and Chester Institute since May 2010, where responsibilities include maintaining the campus LAN infrastructure and acting as the Active Directory Domain Administrator for MS Server. Prior to this role, Dan worked as a Network and Desktop Support Technician at Realty Group of New England from April 2009 to May 2010, focusing on PC hardware repairs, operating system support, and software troubleshooting. Dan's career also includes a position at IBM Global Services from November 2001 to 2009 as an ASD Middleware Web Hosting Problem & Change Manager, where oversight of web-related issues and internal problem queues was a key responsibility. Dan's education includes Network+ and A+ certifications, along with ongoing self-directed learning in the field of technology.
