Edward Short

Edward Short is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic consulting, leadership development, and business transformation. Currently serving as Managing Director at The Possibility Pod, Edward specializes in identifying and solving challenges in transformation programs while aligning teams towards common goals. As a co-founder of vLancer, Edward is dedicated to addressing veteran suicide. Previous roles include Head of Professional & Financial Services UK at Attensi and VP for EMEA Strategy and Business Development at Potentialife, along with significant experience at Amazon and Boston Consulting Group. Edward began a military career with the British Army, where tactics training and operational readiness for deployments were key responsibilities. Edward holds a BSc in Experimental Psychology from the University of Bristol and a commission in Leadership and Tactics from the Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst.
