Patricia Pfarrer has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. Patricia first worked for Computer Aid, Inc. as an Executive Assistant for 22 years, providing support to the Regional Managing Director. In 2012, they participated in a leadership development program called Leadership Delaware, Inc. for 10 months, gaining valuable knowledge and tools for community impact. In 2016, they joined The Precisionists, Inc. as the Director of Marketing Programs and Community Affairs, where they played a crucial role in bridging the gap between job openings and people with disabilities. Additionally, they served as the Workforce Development Manager for the same company until April 2022.
Patricia Pfarrer pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education & Early Childhood Education from Millersville University of Pennsylvania from 1989 to 1993.
