Adam Berke

Adam Berke is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product development, strategy, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as a Venture Partner at Entrepreneur First since January 2025, Berke advises early-stage portfolio companies on refining their business ideas and strategies. As the Chief Product Officer and Chief Strategy Officer at The Predictive Index since October 2023, Berke plays a critical role in integrating and relaunching the Charma product, which was acquired in October 2023, where Berke previously co-founded and led Charma as CEO. With a robust background at NextRoll, where Berke contributed to significant growth as Co-founder and President, and other roles in business development and product management at My Ride to Vote and Philips Medical Systems, Berke combines a strong educational foundation in Economics from The Johns Hopkins University with a study in Econometrics from UNSW.
